You should have prior experience with accounting software (Quick Books) and be a team player who is also comfortable working independently. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and pride in delivering high-quality work are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payroll.
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports.
- Manage scheduling and dispatching for service technicians.
- Handle customer inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups with professionalism.
- Maintain inventory records and order office supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with management to improve office systems and workflows.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with HVAC industry practices and terminology is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or similar role.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
