You should have prior experience with accounting software (Quick Books) and be a team player who is also comfortable working independently. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and pride in delivering high-quality work are essential.


Responsibilities: 
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payroll.
  • Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports.
  • Manage scheduling and dispatching for service technicians.
  • Handle customer inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups with professionalism.
  • Maintain inventory records and order office supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with management to improve office systems and workflows.

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift 
  • Monday to Friday
Qualifications: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HVAC industry practices and terminology is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or similar role.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
